Welcome!
The first recorded Australian baseball match was played on
February 21st, 1857, between Collingwood and Richmond, at the
Exhibition Grounds in Melbourne.
Nearly 150 years later, it is enjoyed by tens of thousands of
Australians, young & old, male & female, summer & winter. |

Please click here to see the
draft schedule for 2009. You are invited to submit
your interest before 25 February in the following:
- An Under 16 tour to Europe - playing in France
and Germany against teams from a number of European
countries and Japan in August. The tour will also
manage a few days sightseeing in London, Paris and
Rome. The estimated cost is $5,200. Please note that
we are not sending our usual team U16 team to Tokyo
this year.
- An Under 14 girls only tour to America in
August.
- Hosting a major tournament here in Sydney in
August. There is already commitment from 8 overseas
teams and interest from another two countries. A
club or Association who wished to host this program
